which you voluntarily choose to provide for casting consideration.
3. Purpose of Collecting This Information
Information submitted through this application is used solely for the purpose of evaluating eligibility for participation in the documentary project Cleansed.
Specifically, your information may be used to:
Evaluate applicants for documentary participation
Contact applicants regarding next steps in the casting process
Conduct interviews or follow-up conversations
Assess potential storylines and participant suitability for the film
Submission of an application does not guarantee selection for the documentary.
4. Data Storage and Security
Application data is collected and stored through Google Forms and associated Google services.
We take reasonable steps to limit access to submitted materials to authorized members of the production team only.
However, please understand that no online data transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
5. Third-Party Access
Your submitted information may be shared only with authorized individuals involved in the production of the Cleansed documentary, including:

Your information will not be sold, licensed, or distributed to unrelated third parties.
6. Data Retention
If you are not selected for participation, your submitted materials (including videos and application data) will be deleted within approximately three (3) months after casting has been finalized.
If you are selected, your materials may be retained as part of the documentary production process and related records.
7. Your Right to Request Deletion
You may request that your submitted materials be removed from our records at any time by contacting:
Upon receiving a verified request, we will make reasonable efforts to delete your submitted materials from our records unless they are required for ongoing production or legal purposes.
8. Voluntary Submission
By submitting an application, you acknowledge that:
Your participation in the casting process is voluntary
You are choosing to share personal information and media materials for evaluation purposes
Submission does not create a contractual relationship with the production team
Additional agreements may be required if you are selected to participate in the documentary.
